Shirali joined Market Place Dental in February 2022, bringing with her a wealth of dental industry experience, topping over 30 years.  Shirali initially ventured into the dental world as a dental nurse, quickly rising through the ranks to become Practice manager which she has attained for the past 18 years.  

She also spent some time as a public relations manager for a community project where she was responsible for managing the provision of oral health education across Leicestershire, working with schools and local authorities.

Shirali aims to ensure our patients remain at the centre of our teams focus, continuously looking for a way to improve our delivery of service.  

Outside of work Shirali enjoys a running a part time venture, baking cakes. She also loves walking and “pretending” to exercise whilst making social calls with and friends family!
