Principal Dentist

Rupali graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008. Subsequently She gained membership with the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2012 and continued her professional development by completing a certificate course in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry in London (Chris Orr).

Rupali joined the practice in 2010 as a part time Associate, working alongside Richard Allen. She immediately fell in love with the local area and the friendly patients – so much she is still here today!  She is particularly fond of treating her young patients of which she has the pleasure of seeing them grow from toddler to teens.

She is also well received from the older generation of patients due to her calm and caring nature and her ability to communicate emphatically. Rupali's enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, and in particular cosmetic dentistry which she strives to accomplish utilising minimally invasive techniques.

She is constantly in attendance of various dental courses allowing her to keep abreast of technological and innovative techniques and implementing those within our practice.

In her spare time Rupali enjoys travel, food-health and Hiking when time permits!

Consultant Orthodontist

Sarah studied and qualified in dentistry from Guy’s Hospital in Kings College London in 2004.  Sarah was keen to progress into higher learning and secured her postgraduate orthodontic speciality training at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. During which time she completed her masters in Orthodontics Intercollegiate Membership from the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2010 enabling her to enter the Specialist List.

Subsequently in 2012 Sarah further trained to become a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, which granted the ability to fulfil the position of Consultant Orthodontist at Northampton General Hospital.

Sarah joined our practice in 2013 and has been providing orthodontic treatment to our patients ever since. She is also a lead consultant in Orthodontics and Governance Lead for the Maxillofacial Unit at Kettering General Hospital (KGH). Within these settings she provides care for the most complex orthodontic concerns including combined oral surgery and orthodontics, cleft palate care, provision of aesthetic fixed braces (ceramic/metal), Invisalign and mini screws (infinitas).

Mrs Meadows is part of the British Orthodontic Society, the Consultant Orthodontic Group, is external advisor for the LDC and Chairs the Local Orthodontic Committee. She attends the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire Clinical Effectiveness Committee and is an Educational Supervisor for Junior Dental Core trainees and an Orthodontic Registrar.

Mrs Meadows has presented her research at the British Orthodontic Conference and published articles in peer reviewed journals.

Outside of work she enjoys travel, sport and reading. She is married and has two young boys with whom she loves to spend time with.

General Dentist

Roshni Qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2017 and has since spent her time practising in both NHS and Private Dental Practices. Since qualifying Roshni has continued to develop professionally by attending post graduate courses enabling her to provide patients with the highest quality of care.

Roshni has the desire to give patients confidence in their smiles. Her holistic approach to dentistry enables her to achieve this effectively. In addition to general dentistry, Roshni has special interests in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and facial rejuvenation. In her spare time Roshni spends most of her time caring for her daughter, be it outdoors come rain or shine and baking!
